NET Generation Clinics featuring the Youth Progression Pathway (Ages 4-10), Beginner and Intermediate Clinics (for Ages 11 and up), and the Advanced Junior Tennis Academy.

Summer/ Specialty Camps
The Jonesville Tennis Center is proud to offer summer and specialty tennis camp programs for children of all ages and ability levels.
The most important highlight of our Specialty Camp Program is that the kids HAVE LOTS OF FUN while LEARNING THE GAME OF TENNIS. Beginners will be taught the basic fundamentals of tennis. Intermediate players will work on developing a better foundation for groundstrokes, serves and volleys. Advanced players will not only fine-tune their strokes but improve their match-play through games and drills that simulate pressure situations. Good sportsmanship and a positive attitude are strongly promoted. Our camps are designed to help every level of player improve their tennis game and have some fun throughout the summer!
Tennis Leagues
USTA League
USTA League Tennis is the largest recreational tennis league, with more than 325,000 players nationwide. Play consists of organized, competitive team play, with local winning teams advancing to Sectional and National championships.
Play is available at all levels, from beginners to former college players. If you are interested in captaining a team at JTC or being added to one of our teams, please contact us (352-331-9558).
Day League
The Gainesville-Ocala Women’s Tennis League (GOWTL) is popularly known as the “women’s day league.” Matches are scheduled at 9:30 a.m. weekday mornings.
Play is offered at various levels of play. Currently, there are teams at the 2.5 level, with play on Fridays; 3.0 level, with play on Wednesdays; 3.5 level, with play on Thursdays; and 4.0 and 4.5/5.0 levels, with play on Tuesdays.
The season runs from September to April/May, depending on the number of teams at each level. Although match format can be decided by each level, play has traditionally consisted of five doubles positions per team match.
UTR Junior Team Tennis
Introducing Universal Tennis Junior Team Tennis Season! Junior Team Tennis Divisions will be Coed UTR 1-3, Coed UTR 3-5, and Coed UTR 5-7. Players will compete in team competitions against each other in this fun format. All matches will count toward Verified UTR ratings.
Format:
- Small Team Format (2 doubles, 2 singles)
- Minimum 4 players per team match. Recommend 5-6 players per team.
- One Set to 6 with AD Scoring. 7pt tiebreaker win by 2 at 6 games all.
- Divisions: Coed UTR 1-3, 3-5, 5-7
Matches will be default scheduled on Sunday afternoons but can be rescheduled among captains.
